Poem: I Am

Last Saturday, during my tuition class, my teacher instructed me to write a poem about myself. So I have prepared one, entitled I AM. I hope you enjoy reading my poem.

I Am

I am shy but kind 

 I wonder what others see 

I hear children laughing 

I see children playing 

 I want to play with them 

I am shy but kind

 I pretend to be a statue 

I feel lonely 

I touch my heart inside 

 I worry i'll get hurt 

I cry because of that 

I am shy but kind

I understand i don't talk much 

 I say please talk to me 

 I dream of playing with others 

I try to ask them 

I hope they'll understand 

I am shy but kind
